[There's a few things Gordo's realized: he's not in his middle school and something is very wrong. He feels pretty upset, but if there's anything he's learned from having psychologists as parents? It's best to remain calm and if you're in a dangerous situation, you've got to think about your position.

He's also realized he has wings and maybe this just means hes dreaming? But this is a really realistic dream. He's also already pinched himself and nope.

It's also night time and he appears to be in somebody's house.

He has a book that has a camera in it. Strange...

And this is really weird.

He needs to do something because sitting here in the dark in somebody else's house could be dangerous. He doesn't really seem to be kidnapped by anybody here because he's in a living room. And he could just walk out, but since he has no idea where he is? Well, no. Not a good idea.

He'll take a chance because this seems to be the only thing he can do. So he could be in your apartment, knocking on doors so he can talk to someone about this. He's really just a 14 year old boy and looks pretty defenseless in just his white cotton pants.]

He nods, sighing.] Yep. When I said these experiments were crazy? Yeah, I meant it. I haven't seen those kinds of ones happen yet though. The ones I've been through were a lot different, but still weird.

What's it like? You know. Experiments? Laying on a table, weird people poking at you...?

Not exactly. We just... kind of wake up one morning and we're affected, I guess. And it seems completely normal to us too. Some people get lucky and don't get affected though. For example, during the last one, I wasn't. [...] It was kind of weird to see everyone else acting differently during that week.

Really? Wow. What was the last experiment like?

Well... It was during Valentine's Day, so basically, everyone was just "falling in love" with a bunch of random people.

What's the point of that? I don't think randomly hooking people up is going to do much for any sort of breakthrough unless you're into psychology or something. [He thinks about that.] Is this all about psychology?

That's what I'd like to know. All of the experiments are basically like that though. They're supposed to make it so that we can go home, but I don't see how these kinds of experiments even work toward that.

It kind of sounds like they're just trying to toy with everybody for their own laughs. [That's rude.]

Yeah, no kidding... [siiigh] But that's how it is, so we try to make the best of it, you know? Or some of us, anyway.

I guess that's all you really can do, huh? [He shrugs.] How long have you been here?

[ctrlaltdemons]

Pretty much. [He thinks for a moment.] I got here last November, so I've been here for only about four months now. Others have been here for years though.

Years? [That's not good.] I can't imagine...

[ctrlaltdemons]

It's not so bad though, so don't worry about it. There are less people who have been here for years than those who have for months, so... You could end up being one of the lucky ones.

I feel a little bad for the people who have been here years, though. I don't think I could be away from my family and friends for that long. And I'd completely miss high school.
